Terms and condition for vendor exhibit spaces:
Setup / Load in times
Thursday 10am until 8pm (No set ups will be permitted on Friday)
Booth space assignment
All booth spaces for vendors will be announced at check in and are based on a first come first serve. Management will work with you to the best of their ability to fulfill your space requests. Ink in the clink does not guarantee preferred booth spaces. Special circumstances require management discretion. As a vendor you must keep your equipment, signage, vehicles, and all other aspects of your business within your reserved booth space. Ink in the clink will provide free parking in a designated area outside the main gates for your convenience. Ink in the clink and show management has the right to request your removal if terms and conditions are not respected.
Ink in the clink will continue to monitor the number of vendors/exhibitors selling merchandise and food vendor applicants throughout the year. We are a limited event and securement of full payment is the only way to fully ensure your reservation. If your booth is not paid in full you will not be permitted to set up your booth.
Ink in the clink reserves the exclusive right to sell, display, and merchandise all event novelties. Ink in the clink furthermore, retains the right to inspect, approve, reject, or otherwise control the display, promotion, sale or other merchandising of products or services by exhibitors at the event in its sole discretion. Any rejection of products must be immediately removed from festival premises and may be removed by ink in the clink if in the event this does not occur.
No glass bottles or alcohol may be brought on to the festival premises, alcohol will be supplied by the event, if you fail to comply with this rule you will be asked to leave the festival.
This is a non-refundable event. In the case a refund is requested it must be submitted in writing stating why you're requesting the refund, this does not guarantee a refund. Festivals of this size take time, planning, and cost is involved including the promotional advertisement of your company. If in fact a refund is to be issued it will be at ink in the clink's discretion to issue.
INK IN THE CLINK
TATTOO AND MUSIC FESTIVAL
FOOD AND UNIT VENDORS MUST BE FULLY CONTAINED AND SUPPLY THEIR OWN GENERATORS. INK IN THE CLINK WILL NOT BE OFFERING ELECTRIC OR WATER HOOKUPS AT THIS TIME.
NO VEHICLES ARE TO BE PARKED INSIDE THE GATES BEYOND THURSDAYS SET UP, NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MUST MOVE YOUR VEHICLE OFF THE PREMISES AND PARK IN THE DESIGNATED LOT. THIS LOT FILLS QUICKLY, SO WE DO SUGGEST YOU PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
EACH VENDOR WILL BE GIVEN TWO LANYARDS, ANY ADDITIONAL HELPERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO THE PAY GATE ADMISSION FEE AT YOUR COST NO EXCEPTIONS! AFTER PAYMENT AND PROPER PAPERWORK ARE COMPLETE WE WILL MAIL YOU THESE PASSES. DO NOT LOSE THESE AS THEY ARE YOUR WEEKEND TICKET AND WILL NOT BE REISSUED!!!
